StentorMKBUnilever is developing ice cream that should decrease CO2-emissions.
The ice cream shall be sold at room temperature and will be frozen at home. This way the energy tot freeze, store and transport is saved. Unilever is developing the ice cream with help from the academics at Cambridge University.
